For the best print results, we recommend using bold, deep colors. These tones press beautifully, stay vibrant, and create a clean, long‑lasting finish. Very light or pastel colors, extremely tiny details, or low‑resolution images may not print clearly — but don’t worry, we’ll guide you if adjustments are needed.
📸 Submitting Your Artwork
To begin the approval process, please send a clear picture of your requested design via email at churchthreadsapparel@gmail.com or through our chat. This helps us:
• Confirm that the design aligns with our values
• Check print quality and resolution
• Gather any additional details needed to recreate your vision accurately
High‑resolution images are strongly encouraged. If your file is blurry or too small, we may request a better version to ensure the best possible outcome.

Custom designs often require a bit of back‑and‑forth. We may reach out with questions or suggestions to make sure your final piece looks exactly the way you imagined. Design review and approval may take 1–2 business days, depending on complexity. Production begins only after final approval.
📦 Final Sale Policy
Because custom items are made uniquely for you, they are final sale. However, if there is ever an issue caused by a printing error on our end, we will gladly make it right.
